Return Policy
Warranty:
All OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) consumables and supplies like ink cartridges and toner cartridges are warranted by their respective manufacture. The manufacture should be contacted with any defective warranty issues. For a list of Manufactures telephone numbers click here. Manufactures.
Returns:Most products may be returned within 30 days from purchase date for a refund as long as they remain unopened and the manufacturer’s original packaging or seals have not been broken. Returns of defective products MUST be returned in the original cartons with all original pieces, packing material and manuals. A detailed explanation listing the problem must be included with any defective return.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight with the following exceptions: Products shipped in error by Netimaging and defective products.
Exchanges:
Defective items or products that are DOA (dead on arrival) are subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty and may be exchanged with prior approval by the manufacturer.
Damaged Shipment:
If you receive merchandise from Netimaging that was damaged in shipment please notify the freight carrier directly.
Fuser Cores:
When purchasing fuser assemblies or maintenance kits that require exchange, the used or defective core must be returned within 15 days. If the used fuser is not returned in the specified time period your credit card will be billed a core charge equaling the amount indicated in the product description
No Returns:
Some products are not returnable once purchased. These are marked "Not Returnable" on the Product Specification and Description page, products listed as "as is without warranty" and off lease products like copiers and printers.
Returning your Product:
To return a qualified unopened product or to exchange a defective or DOA product, just follow these easy steps:
- Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Netimaging within 30 days of the invoice date by completing our request for return form.
- Once your return has been authorized, we will email you the RMA# along with specific return instructions. The RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days. Only merchandise with valid RMA’s will be accepted all others will be returned at your expense.
- When you receive your RMA #, you will also receive an address to where your package MUST be returned
- Pack the items you are returning within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage. We recommend you insuring your return shipment against damage or loss. We also suggest using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that can provide proof of delivery. You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
- Please display the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned. Do not write on or apply any labels directly to manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces
- Your refund will be issued once the returned product has been received and accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
