Return Policy
Warranty:
All OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) consumables and supplies like ink cartridges and toner cartridges are warranted by their respective manufacturer. The manufacturer should be contacted with any defective warranty issues.
Returns:
Most products can be returned within 30 days from purchase date for a refund as long as they remain unopened and the manufacturer’s original packaging or seals have not been broken. Returns of defective products MUST be returned in the original cartons with all original pieces, packing material and manuals. A detailed explanation listing the problem must be included with any defective return.
NO PRODUCT RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED 4 (FOUR) MONTHS AFTER THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. THIS INCLUDES DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight with the following exceptions: Products shipped in error by Net-Imaging and defective products.
Damaged Shipment:
If you receive merchandise from Net-Imaging that was damaged in shipment please notify the freight carrier directly.
